  1. Definately ditto that. I might be wrong but i think the McCormick MTX 175 was the first with a 'Britains' hitch either that or it was a release at a similar time.
  2. What ever he is sitting on he seems to be enjoying it
  3. Space Cadet - he looks like he is on some sort of prohibited substance
  4. Looks like a Bredal in the offing.
  5. Aint that the truth!!! They seem to be bringing out like for like, ish anyway.
  6. Sorry one and all been away for the weekend. The box at the front is simply plasticard, the original beacon has gone and the roof filled in and re-painted (likewise the black around the front work lights). The new beacon i made meself out of model packing wire (the stuff that prevents you getting a model out of the box!!!) and a pearlesant bead that i got in a sowing shop - its me effeminate side Then the other bits done are all the controls in the cab painted and the fender controls and the correct rear light set-up with the indicators in the bigger round light, oh and the hubs painted along with the wheel nuts etc. All easy stuff but time consuming. Thanks for all your comments, Andy
  7. The dealership was asking a lofty ?40 Thought it was a rarity, but then i thought the housing market was sure to crash 5 years ago!!!!!
  8. I don't know the manufacturer but i saw a NH TX66 in a blue dealer box the other day. Does anyone know about these and how much they are worth?
  9. Deffo, thats where the earlier style log grab was mounted, you can still see the remnants of the cab guard frame at the front. The later one was the valtra 115 artic where the grab was mounted on or around the hitch - mines burried in a box somewhere so can't be more accurate.
  10. I think the Siku MF 5455 is a great model/toy so decided to have a go at 'improving' a little. They are simple things to do like painting etc but took me bl@@dy ages!
  11. Sorry................but its 60 years production at Doncaster.

  15. I try doing that - (its my job to send the viners to the right field at the right time) - but some how it rarely works out, the law of sod they call it!
