  1. There was recently an Ivel sold for £310.000,video of auction here, but I think you'll only see it if your on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/jhncshmn/videos/10157609553390797/ Regards Joe.
  2. Yes,I had that problem with the 12mm It all balled up and was difficult to go through, even although I screwed up and cut the centres out of the biggest sieve to let it through,?? Regards Joe,
  3. I have the same applicator as you Sean, bought it at the start of the year, the 3mm grass worked a treat, the 12 mm not so well,I might have been doing to big a section at once letting the PVA " Skin " so the grass wouldn't stick,WWS produce a glue that they say doesn't skin so quickly, Regards Joe.
  4. This is worth a watch Sean,It show's how to layer grass of different lengths to achieve a more realistic finish, the only down side is you do need that aerosol layering spray, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v-E_ElExUts Regards Joe.
  5. Caught these guy's at the seeder's today, long time since I lived on the farm, but guessing OSR in the Lemken,And maybe Winter barley or similar in the Vaderstad,?? Regards Joe.
  6. Looks like I caught a glimpse of one of the new Lexion's today, although it seem's to be marked up as a 660, And also the Hay's team now have a new 939, Regards Joe.
  7. Cheers Chris, the farm they were working don't have any combines,so no idea where they came from,or went, there is one Massey,a 42 maybe locally, but I've never been fortunate enough to capture it,,,yet, Regards Joe.
  8. 936,they have two,The one on the Lemken might be a 939,not sure,But it has the optional 900's fitted for seeder work,They also have a Horsch drill,But that;s pulled by their IH Quad 550. Regards,PS just noticed it has the big exhaust,so yes 939. Joe,
  9. A few snap's from yesterday and today,Interesting start today, first I saw what looked like a Scanstone de-stoner in front of the Varitron 220 weird I thought, turns out it's a winrower,he was lifting two row's of spud's and laying them between the next two row's so the harvester was actually lifting four row's at once,Next scene was stranger still,in all the time I have been photographing farm machinery locally I have never two combines in the same field, but today two field's right next to each other, but different farm's had two in each, two Massey's and two Claas,??? Regards Joe.
  10. Yes Topdown 500,hope this work's Ok,I normally resize my photo's,you might be able to zoom in and see 500 on the back,I was a bit surprised the see the weighted grape on the front,as it came with the full,7.8 tonne weight package, but it is replacing a Case IH Quadtrac at 25 tonne ,weigh bridge photo courtesy of Hay Farm's Twitter page,. Regards Joe,
  11. Not every day you see a Sampro plot combine, but I did today,And I've waited six weeks to catch sight of this Claas Xerion 5000,And Alex in the 550 Quaddy with the seeder, Regards Joe.
  12. Wee change of scenery,And colour, but not good location,RM&JF Seed, ( yes really ) two John Deere 785's I think, and MacDon headers,??,plus the first 9620RX I've ever seen,The Horsch drill on the back was enormous as well,They also had their Fendt 1050 in that field, but just could not get anywhere near a decent shot of it,huge Simba on the back,. Regards Joe.
  13. Very hectic out in the fields today, three lexion's one 12 mtr and two 12.3 five trailers, and the 30 tonne chaser, unless I'm mistaken, that is capacity for 110 tonne.?? Regards Joe.
  14. There used to be two,but not there is three, new one delivered Monday evening, Regards Joe.
  15. Mandy at HLT does stock similar wheels / tyres but again to narrow for what you need. https://hltminiatures.com/products/set-of-4-row-crop-wheels-1-32-scale-by-artisan-32-37012-slash-j-plus-b Regards Joe.
  16. You'll struggle to find row crops, ( Cultuurwielen ) 11mil wide The Europeans seem to prefer narrower wheels than that, 350/80R48 scaled out at 55.6 / 38.1 / 10.93, These wheels from Artisan32 work out at 55 / 42 / 8 And should be available from Mandy at Hollylovestoys, https://www.artisan32.com/1-roues/342-roue-etroite-03-arriere-x-2.html Regards Joe.
  17. You know John,I was so surprised at noticeing it I never thought about it being bigger than a bus,'specially when you see the trailer with the JCB behind it,. Regards Joe.
  18. Caught this today whilst watching for something else,Terragator 2244 presumably with what looks like a Tebbe spreader, never seen that one before, and almost never saw that,I was sitting over 1700 mtrs away watching for a Fendt 936 with Baillie grain trailer on the OSR, Regards Joe.
  19. Could you not drill into the axle, then hot glue a short length of wire into the hole, then do the same into the hub,I'm guessing they will just be static anyway,?? Regards Joe.
  20. This any good, and you might recognise the girl, she played a character called Stephanie ( with a PH ) in Open all Hours,?? Regards Joe.
  21. It was Damien,https://www.classictractormagazine.co.uk/back-issues-2019/#gallery-2 Regards Joe.
  22. Finally caught up with the guy's from Hay's Farm's today, just before the changed field's,as sod's law would have it,when I caught up with them after they had moved field, the batteries in my camera give up,. Regards Joe.
  23. Probably be a model at Agritechnica, and the tracked Jaguar, Regards Joe.
  24. Any milking equipement on the farm John,if so you could rig up a vacuum chamber to remove the air bubbles,?? Or one of these, never seen this video before, might be handy for anyone casting small parts,https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Uc_xWgl1ZI Regards Joe.
