  4. have to look out for some 135 bonnets and a old 595 skid to do one of those nice ;D ;D ;D
  5. great little lifter, i used one in the 90's but we modified it so the spuds went in to boxes ,it was some thing fitted to the n/s wheel that could take this frame work that had pallet forks on. used to do abought 500 ton a year with it. britains got this one right and think it was the only one they have got right
  6. ertl cabs have always been a bit off. the cabs on the JD narrow front wheel tractor (JD 4240 conversions) have the rear pillars at 90 degrees have made mine 90's
  7. no just converting it so the wheels go round .
  8. i thought the cab was a bit short, but my mate said its the ertl one that is wrong! . my mate who is a IH/ case nut job, said when you look at the front it should go in at the top and bottom of the cab. he has chopped and reshaped his cabs so they look right. at this moment he is converting mr fords db 990 so the wheels turn. like i said he is a nutter. evern you got one and used a ertl cab on it could be a option i surrpose
  9. i think i read somewhere that top tractor were selling 1455xl's and they got them from modelshop 24 i think i'm right
  10. i talked to the guy at toytrac 06 and he told me he was given the names and money of people who had payed for a years lot of the mag . i think we can say the mag is over. .and i think i won't be wanting my money back as i expect the poor bloke has lost a lot more than the price of one issue. if it does turn up all well and good. would have been nice to finish the set off ?. who needs a mag when you have this forum , anything new and its on here peoples conversions and they are on here. any way good luck to the bloke who bought it.
  11. i think dt does a 955 which would giive you the bonnet you want but i think its just a decal on the front . if henri can't help this is a option maybe? got to get henri's new list . we have both 2wd's down this way on farms in the area . if i had the 784 i would do the ih 956 so they would match but i have the case ones so i would do the case one. or look out for another one and have both thats it do both
  12. you might be able to get a cab from dt he does 956/856 's so he might be able to sell you a cab. looking good so far. my mate has just done one with mtx wheels ,siku hitc does look good mate

  17. i have had the pleasure of driving one of these bad boys and all i can say is its good on the flat not so good on the hills. they run away very well in the hills . no weight on the back makes it fun to drive. problems with sterring happened all the time. i liked the muti power on it and at times it really helpful.
