Not sure whether this should go in this topic or whether to resurrect the "hedgerow heroes and forgotten friends" topic but this was in a field not too far from me today, doesn't look like its going to be working any time soon

Not on ebay this time but quite a price for a Britains model. A rare Britains Same Galaxy with a red roof appeared on the 60 Toys website priced at 400 euros and within around 4 hours it had sold, not to me I hasten to add. I am not sure how many were made with the red cab roof as opposed to the standard white roof but I have only ever seen 2 and this one was mint and boxed. I didn't even have time to look at my bank account and do a bit of maths before it was sold.

I know that pub, I used to go in there when I was at Seale Hayne Ag College, unfortunately the college is now just a housing estate

That's cheap for one of those, I paid a lot more than that for mine

Took the grandchildren to Martin Mere wetland trust today and went past a large looking farm with a number of Fendt tractors in the yard, at least 2 of them were 936 versions. Unfortunately I couldn't see the model number of the others. About half a mile down the road were 2 New Holland combines cutting wheat and a McCormick 175 on the trailer.

Well done Sean, more spends for Zwolle oh, and it is your round as well, David and I will have a Herfsbok and I am sure Andy, Steve and Barry will think of something -
Nice varied collection Justin

It might well have been Gav, I was passing and it was only a sideways glance. It was bouncing around quite a lot on the single rear wheels, I think it would have been much better on the road with twin wheels

A question for the Massey men. I passed a tractor baler combination today, John Deere 7530 Premium with a Massey Ferguson large square baler behind it. I thought the model number of the baler was a 2610 and it had a single axle. The only ones I can find at dealers are the MF 2200 series and they all have twin axles. Was I seeing things?

Its you then, an admission of guilt if ever I saw one

Well personally, I think that it was a conspiracy of Luddites who are opposed to the worship of the tractor, bring back the horse and commune with nature is what I say. Well no, actually it isn't, I don't like horses very much, the damn things always seem to bite me.

There are pages on Facebook and Twitter for both FTF and Model Farmer

Everyone noticed its absence but updates were issued through other forms of social media although if you don't follow those then you will not get to hear or see them. It is a problem that we are acutely aware of and we understand the frustration that is felt by all but unfortunately we are at the mercy of the service providers. Rest assured that we have taken our frustrations forward and soon as we get a resolution then we will be the first ones to breathe a sigh of relief. It is not necessary to remind us that it is having reliability issues every time, we already know.

Why is this my fault pwwwtt Sean, I'm sure it was not my turn, I paid last year!

I think you are right, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. I can see one of Martyn's hand built models coming from China somehow
