  1. It is at Wincanton Racecourse http://www.farmmodels.co.uk/tables/toytracmain.htm But there is also an autumn show at Spalding on Sunday 7th October http://www.spaldingmodeltractor.com/index.html
  2. I have to say I had a great time this year even though the 3 Musketeers of Mark, Sean and Tris failed to attend. There were loads of new faces who came to the FTF stand and introduced themselves which was really great to see. The one down side for me was the Saturday night in the Springfields Tavern who managed to run out of food by 8pm and so half of the gang had to go across the road to Frankie and Benny's diner, although by all accounts the food in there was immeasurably better than what was being offered by the Tavern anyway. I think we will end up in Frankie and Benny's next year and then just back to the Tavern for a couple of beers. That said, the company of Wil, Kaat and Sue made up for what was lacking in the food department, it was worth it just to see the look on Kaat's face when she sampled Piri-piri sauce >

Well Chris, you are true to your word, you said you were going to start this topic ;D so here are my purchases I intended to get the Britains FTF International 1056 but the first one I picked up turned out to be a 956 :of .......so I had to get the 1056 as well Show model Britains International 956XL muddy version Schuco Deutz 230 Repliagri International 845XL UH Massey Ferguson black Fauchi And then I also collected the Norscott Challenger that Tris had acquired for me from his local dealer. Whilst not officially a toy I also collected the sketch of 3 Same tractors that had been commissioned from Ian "Agrium"

  16. A shed load from a lorry at junction 20 of the M6 at Lymm. The load consisted of crates of chickens on their way to slaughter and when 2 of the cages fell off there were live chickens running around the junction........followed by bobbies in body armour trying, and failing, to catch them.......it was like a scene from "Chicken Run"
