    Schuco 2012

I think I will be buying a lot more Schuco this year :
  2. I just wonder how many people will be prepared to pay the extra for the marge Models version over the Universal Hobbies one. If it is anything like the 7610 then it will be double the price :-
  3. It will depend on whether you are going to concentrate on Britains type models or you are looking to diversify. There is a huge range of Fendt Kommunal models from UH, Siku and Weise and some of them are quite rare. There are also Deutz Kommunal variants about and once again, they are not particularly common. Here are a couple of examples
  4. This looks like it is going to be an interesting topic as I am a big fan of crawler tractors
  5. Lee the industrial arm of MF became Fermec and later Terex http://tractors.wikia.com/wiki/Fermec
  6. An ebay seller grrr.........I have had to open a dispute I bought a rather expensive and rare item on 28th December and it has never even been marked as despatched never mind delivered and now he doesn't answer my emails > >
  7. Strangely enough there is also a thread over on BFF on these very same crawlers http://farmingforum.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?p=838534#post838534 spooky! :of

  9. The forum doesn't flag birthdays up like it used to........................... but happy birthday to Dave Towse
  10. Pardon me using your test thread Lee but just wanted to test the photobucket links
  11. The two Countys in your pictures both have V registrations on them, are you sure they are N and E reg machines?
  12. There was an article in Model farmer a couple of issues ago with a step by step guide on how to do it and what to look out for, it was spread out over 2 issues but I will have a look through my back issues when I can get them out and you will be able to buy therm through the forum shop.
  13. If you click on the blue bubble on the left you can mark that topic as read
  14. Andy did warn members that posts after a certain date wouldn't be carried over to the new forum as there had to be a cut off date.
  15. Lee this auction is actually being organised by Andy, have a look in the "Events" section http://www.farmtoysforum.com/forum/index.php/topic,34873.0.html
  16. Thanks Paulali that's one I will have to keep an eye out for ;)
  17. There are a couple of topic that have appeared in the last few days asking how many of a particular model or series of models have been produced and I have another question. Norscot have produced a number of 1/32 scale Cat Challengers and I am trying to collect the full set. So far I have got: 95E in yellow 85E in Claas green MT765B MT765C MT865C standard MT865C Field Python Were there any others or was there an MT765A ever produced? thanks
  18. And then got sidetracked slightly ;) ;) ;) a little Cat got your tongue : :
  19. There were two that were done for the "sunflower oil" fuel, one was a Deutz and the other was a Same although they shared the same casting, they do command quite good money nowadays and I am still after the Same version if anyone has got one lying around :
  20. I have gone for 1000 but if you want a really limited model I have got a Same Jaguar made by PDC and there are only 10 in the world. (someone will now come along and say they have got a one off...... \ \ \ )
  21. wibble..................dribble...................hubba hubba yum yum................
  22. I always like to read his yearly updates although this years does seem shorter than previous ones. I hope that he is recovering from his stroke and that he continues to remain positive.
  23. The Travel Lodge at the Springfields Centre, it is about 250 metres from the exhibition halls and we meet in the pub next door on the Saturday evening beforehand.
  24. Anyone got any spare change left after Christmas, just a tad too expensive for me http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1930S-ARCADE-CATERPILLAR-TRACTOR-CAST-IRON-W-BOX-MINT-CONDITION-/350518045221?pt=Diecast_Vehicles&hash=item519c80ea25
  25. My daughters clubbed together and commissioned 3 sketches from Ian "Agrium" Leather of Same tractors. I have now got the originals but they are going to be put together as a limited edition print early in the New Year. The are superb and I am well pleased 8) 8)
