Here's a few photographs of my most recent additions to my collection that came home with me from Leamington Spa. Absolutely chuffed to bits with them all.

Starting with my Martyn Reeve built Northrop 5004, and a scanned photographed of a real one I encountered in the late '90s.

Whilst the last theme to be added to from my trip to Leamington Spa was my Massey Ferguson collection. With four models joining this part of my collection.

hey David ,, looking at that line up of fiat models that dusty one I sold you looks as if it has been super imposed in to the picture and I think it is in dyer need of a implement behind it ,a fert box or some thing

It certainly stands out in that particular line up Peter. :)  I reckon a fertiliser spreader would go down a treat on it. :)

Fantastic. Your purchases are always interesting David. That Northrop 5004 looks well.  ;)

Thanks ever so much Justin. Absolutely chuffed to bits with my most recent additions. Moved a few other models onto pastures new so I had a few gaps to fill particularly in my Massey Ferguson "shed". Martyn has made a fantastic job of the Northrop. :)

Looks like you have done very well there David mate. That Northrop looks stunning, will be having one of those at Spalding I think!!!

Thanks Chris. Delighted with them all, and they fit in really well with the themes i've chosen to pursue. The Northrop is a gem of a model, top work as always from Martyn. I've another Roadless to pick up from Ken Davies at Malvern next weekend, and then i'll be really looking forward collecting some special builds from PDC at Spalding which are on his work bench at the moment. Can't wait! :)

Great additions to your collection David. Like the others have said, the Northrop looks very sharp, love the 4440 as well, there used to be a real one near us, proper head turner in my opinion.

Thanks ever so much Mark. I'm a huge fan of the conversion manufacturers who based their tractors around Ford skid units such as County, Roadless, Doe, and Northrop. I'm really enjoying trying to build up a comprehensive collection of their products in 1/32nd scale. It's great the like's of Martyn, DBP, G & B, and Scaledown make such fantastic models of them. I've lots of photographs too of the real machines I found to match the models which is something else i'm trying to do where possible. :)

Similarly with the John Deere 4440 i've photographed both HFWD and now 2wd examples of that particular tractor so it was great to add another MAP model to represent the 2wd machine I have found. They certainly are a head turner, I love finding big old 2wd machines like that on my travels. The same farm also runs an open station 2wd 4430, aswell as 4wd 4250 and 4455 tractors. :)

This is the photograph I sent Paul to create the fantastic, and unique Ford 8210 conversion he built for me. Very pleased, and big thanks to Paul for the other models he converted for me too.

Whilst this is the real 3350 2wd I found working on a farm near Louth this summer, on much wider rear tyres, as represented on the tractor Paul modified for me.
