Grain Bins

Made this as a Chrissy Pressy for my neighbour's wee boy who is a farm/tractor nut, but doesn't have grain storage!

Just thought I'd post these before I wrap it up

Those silo's look great. What are they made out of? Is it central heating flu liner?

Aluminium vent pipe, lined with poly pipe as stiffening.

I'l just do 'an Ebay' and send a photo!

I was at a Farm Toy Dealers the other weekend and they showed me a sample of a 1:32 Round Grain Silo kit, ?you can make them up to any height and they are detailed with doors etc. ?they Look very good, they should become available in the New Year, as for cost a price hasent been fixed yet

i saw some thing like it today on the new shopping site they are doing down here,problem is they have a army of security guards on the gates and they won't let you out with out checking inside your van

Tel me about the wheels, how is the ogar supposed to move between bins??? Should it not pivot in the pit where the trailers dump and then the wheels should be at 90 degrees to they way they are now so it can "Swing" between Bins??
