robl12 Posted December 2, 2008 Share Posted December 2, 2008 here in aberdeenshire over 100 farmers are paid by the council to keep smaller roads open On the good side pavements are kept clear by a fleet of 60 kubota mini tractors with snow ploughs and gritters.
