unkelfergus
Just like 1976 but not quite so hot.......... Everything,.......apart from the maize,.....is starting to die off now. Will be lifting second cut tomorrow,....been rowing three into one today straight behind the mower to try and conserve a bit of the moisture in the grass. We may be lucky and get a load to the acre but I reckon it will be a lot less.
unkelfergus
Well,.........after lifting 85 acres we got the grand total of 28 loads. Some of the most expensive silage we have ever made. At least it is in the shed now and if the sun keeps shining it will be back out in a month's time.........

Thank god I have central air conditioning, as these are the actual temps, the humidity has to be factored in making it feel even warmer :'( http://www.theweathernetwork.com/fourteenday/caon0759?ref=qlink_st_14day
