Some more brochures I photo'd while going through them.

First and second one are a Spanish MF combine brochure. Relative to the small French/German models?

Third and fourth from a large MF book about the large Dronningborg combines 30 up to the model 40 RS. It is in Dutch and all black & white. Possibly a book done for dealers at the launch?

Some non-Massey items. An interesting New Idea harvester/tool carrier that can be used as a combine, forage harvester, maize cob picker etc..

And the other picture shows some Claas product ranges from the 80s. I remember someone asking a while ago how many Claas product guides did. These are not really books but they do give a full view of the products on offer at the time. First is 81/82 and in German, second 84/85 and in Dutch, third 85/86 in Dutch, fourth 86/87 in Dutch and the last is early 80's I reckon but doesn't give a date. Is in German. I know they did some of these books in the 90's as well as I have some in a scrapbook, cut up  :'( .

At the moment you think "I have all USA brochures from the 100-series", you find a 6600 brochure you don't know. Last week I could buy it on Ebay, it appears to be an American version with code AD-2181-1 68050.

That's what I like in collecting brochures: the hunt for unknown brochures  :) . You never know what is published.

never seen that one myself either. With the typical american style fenders it is quite a catch.. The amount of american tractor brochures is enormous i sometimes feel. I am currently working on expanding my excel file with more information on the brochures i have.. have done about 20% of them right now. When i am done, i am more then happy to send you the file so you can check if there are more brochures out there that you dont have ;)

Nice haul SuperMart... I've not got some of those  :-[ :'(  ... 1080 is something quite rare and very different mate

Thanks Marky  :)  Indeed I wasn't really sure what to expect with the 1080 Product Info leaflet but it's quite interesting and for the £12 odd I snapped it up for I can't complain  :)

First picture shows four American spec Massey Ferguson brochures. 8200 series in black & white and colour, MF 6100 & 8100 and 6200.

Second picture is the 6200 brochure that folds out to an A1 poster.

My latest addition is an Australian County Super-4 brochure. This 2-page brochure is published by a local dealer "Moore Road Machinery". So not an official County brochure, but a nice one.

@Ronald: great looking brochure and quite rare also I think.

These came to me this week:

- County 1474, probably one of the first issued because it is fitted with the engine of the Ford 9700, most other brochures I know of have the sentence: now fitted with (new) TW20 engine.

- Fordson Super Dexta from Sweden, in a rather sorry state but rare on these shores.

- from South Africa the Ford 2000 in afrikaans language.

You consider the older Versatile is also sort of Ford/NH Wil or you just like to collect them?

Here's a quiz for our English readers! Pictures of a Dutch Ransomes Dowdeswell reversible plough. Surely this cannot be true, rivals Ransomes and Dowdeswell teaming up!  ;)

Versatile was part of Ford before the takeover by Fiat. Especially the designation 6 Versatile tractors are by me considered as Ford's. I like the older models a lot and have added that part to the collection as well even though it are not Ford conversions like County or Roadless..

Back in the late 70s and early 80s there were a few large farms in Holland that were looking for suitable ploughs to use behind their articulated tractors. They found the Dowdeswell and agreed that Ransomes would sell and service it over here as they already had a dealer network for their own equipment. Later they also imported the smaller three and four furrow ploughs. When Ransomes quit making farm machinery Dowdeswell continued on their own and sold the ploughs in the original green livery. Some can still be seen around here.
