Beggars belief how you model makers do what you do and continue to keep on doing it too. You're topics are a wonder to look through, the models you make cover such a wide range of types and yet the building and finishing each and every time if pure class, simply outstanding.

I have another question John, ??? in the picture at the top of this thread,the tailgate opening mechanism is attached to the front of the body,secured closed I presume but you have recreated your model with them attached to outriggers on the chassis,auto open close,?? :-

I'm going to hedge a bet Joe that the tailgate is indeed secured shut in that way to be able to discharge the grain through the hatch/chute and for auto tailgate function the bars are returned to their normal home on the outriggers in the same way the silage tailgates work.
