Great photos, I believe that David (Walter Derwent) and his partner were there today, hopefull he will add a few of his to this thread. I understand there were 143 Ford tractors on the go which would have been quite a sight

It was a great day out, even more so if you like blue tractors, never seen so many in one place, and the fact that most of them were put to work was even better, bring back old school farming I say

It was a good turn out with the weather holding out until later on and definitely heaven for blue fans  it would be nice to see more events like this much better than seeing shiny new kit parked in rows on dealer stands

Fantastic photos, thank you for sharing them. I would have loved to have been there to see it for myself but I have too much on at this time of year to have a day off.

Thanks for the comments, it was nice to see all the older gear in such good condition especially tractors like this county /40series with its mid mounted gear sticks, something you don't see everyday

Well that is very interesting, I assumed they had the electro shift gearbox, obviously not. Did it have dual power?

I wonder if the one buried in the Falklands was ever dug back up?

That's the one mark. A horrible sight,on par with the photo of the 1884 that had cought fire an completely burned out. It was buried over there at the time but there was talk of it being dug back up and restored.
