JC
Some of you may remember seeing the start of this a couple of years ago and since then it's been sat on a shelf in my workshop gathering dust, until now... Now all complete all except for a couple of finishing touches, new front axle, tyres, front linkage, lights, fully glazed cab etc, etc.... Fortunately, this is one of the many many models I have been working on for myself so it won't be travelling far.

MJB1
lovely job jas , are they the large britains tyres on the original trac wheels ?
JC
lovely job jas , are they the large britains tyres on the original trac wheels ? Yes they are Marcus, I tried them on it with the other rims originally but it meant a complete re-paint and I had done quite a bit of detailing already so that was a no-no. MJB1
any trouble getting them to stay on ? or have they got to be fixed to the rim ?
JC
They need fixing to the rim.

MJB1
certainly gives more options to those who have a collection of wheels & tyres that would seem mis-matched

brianih634
Very nice Jason, I like the rear hitch drop rods, very much improves the back end. I've done two Sean and both were rubbing, only just but they were touching. Maybe you should have used new tyres like me....... I had to raise the rear platform on mine also
allis8550
Just seen this post, don't know how I missed it before. Some really nice work there, I've done one quite similar, bought it as a basket case at a toy fair. I've put Siku hitches on it and JD 4020 tyres.
