Sikufarmer Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 Hello at all, I have read Britains builds the John Deere 7930 as RC Model. Has anyone heard anything about it accurate? Apologies my bad English but I translate it with the Google translation tool, and I hope you understand it because it is not always worked well. www.hof-mohr.de.tl Quote

Sikufarmer Posted December 20, 2007 Author Posted December 20, 2007 A dealer has given me this information, he has the John Deere 7930 RC already for 2008 in his online shop announced. greetings Gerd www.hof-mohr.de.tl Quote
THEBRITFARMER Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 An RC tractor from Britains would certainly be wonderful. I look forward to this and it's about time too Quote
TM190 Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 Hhmmmmmm....... wonder will the RC hitch hold implements up \ \ or will it be as dodgy as the normal one ??? Quote
Mike R Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 I wonder if it will be in 1/32 or like that big 4wd 1/16 model Quote
THEBRITFARMER Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 I wonder if it will be in 1/32 or like that big 4wd 1/16 model I never thought of that Mike, you would think it would be in their best interest to do one in 1/32. I wonder how well that monster RC tractor sold It was fairly pricey so I can't imagine all that well. ALso the scale was like 1/12 was it not so not much you can add to it to play with. Quote
Mike R Posted December 21, 2007 Posted December 21, 2007 I have seen a few about but never wanted one myself I wonder if this new range will be as good as the Siku RC models Quote
Sikufarmer Posted December 21, 2007 Author Posted December 21, 2007 His shop is 15 km away from me and he gave me this information before 4 weeks. He is a "Gro?h?ndler" of Britains. I do not know how it is in English "wholesaler ?". www.hof-mohr.de.tl Quote
Tractorman810 Posted December 21, 2007 Posted December 21, 2007 if britains do go into the rc market, they would certainly need to up the quallitly control and finish of the model, siku have a clear gap at present and to catch up britains would really need to pull out all the stops Quote
nekarstoft Posted December 22, 2007 Posted December 22, 2007 Hi Tractorman810 I agree with you, about that if this RC Britains thing should be a success they really have to upgrade they quality and specially use some quality electronic. I could really fear that Britains is coming with something like the cheap RC cars from the toyshops that really don?t work but with loudspeaker so they are quite noisy. I think that Siku is doing quite well, but I do think they should have used some better batteries, stronger servos and engine (more pulling power) and should have made some more lights on it. But actually my biggest wish to both Siku and Britains is that the electronic is compatible with normal RC gear so it was possible to use standard RC parts when you want to customize your RC models. Does anybody knows if this price 75 ? is a complete tractor with remote, batteries and charger? I am very curios about this future RC model? Take care from Denmark Nekarstoft Quote
Johan Bos Posted December 22, 2007 Posted December 22, 2007 It's already possible for 2 years to use standard RC parts with SIku Control. Siku could use better elektronics, but a tractor would cost twice that much. Quote
Deerepower Posted December 26, 2007 Posted December 26, 2007 found this radio controled 1/32 john deere bulldozer by britains that is comming out next year, shame about the price http://www.modelenium.co.uk/models/JOHN-DEERE-BULLDOZER-Radio-Control--BRI42400.aspx Quote
Tractorman810 Posted December 26, 2007 Posted December 26, 2007 that doesnt look 1/32 scale to me despite the listing, more like 16th or even 4th, the remote looks smaller than the model ,which is what seems wrong for a 32nd just look at the siku ones Quote
Deerepower Posted December 26, 2007 Posted December 26, 2007 I would say it's the same scale as the r/c john deere tractor and at that price as well Quote
Kiwi6920 Posted December 26, 2007 Posted December 26, 2007 That bulldozer is the big scale guys, outback toys has it and says 1/16 Quote
Bill Walters Posted January 31, 2008 Posted January 31, 2008 Hello, The R/C 4WD tractor we did outdid all of our expectations. It sold very well in the US for us. That's why we're do the R/C dozer in the same big scale. It will be available in Europe this year. While I can't confirm or deny the 7930, we have ongoing plans for R/C into 2009 and beyond.
