Well FTF...........

It has been a long time, a long time!

I spent a few days in Cork in Ireland last week harvesting maize with the new 7950i.

What an amazing machine, 812hp, Intellingent Solutions so it will measure the Dry Matter of the crop being harvested and if needed adjust the chop length automatically to ensure the cow gets the most out of the crop, yield monitoring, and field mapping.

A true machine for making silage.

Anyway, here are some pictures:

As you can see it was WET!!!!!!!!

Wet but the farmer was happy to cut so we did....

The contractors told us that they would not have harvested anything without us, the machien was fitted with prodrive, 4wd and had 800mm tyres so the ground was not a problem.

Thats sounds like a challenage if I ever heard one!

Gimme the keys, I'll get her layered!!  ;D:D :D

Roll on Snake!! Keep her lit!!

That farmer must be half mad harvesting in that field like that - the field is buggered now for  2 years in my view.

Nice machinery though Jez - may I ask what the Gator on the lorry is for - are ye boys too lazy to walk :D :D :D

I agree mate.... but it was leave it or cut it so it was cut.....

The gator is loaded up with tools if needed and we used it to carry the tea and coffee when the customers were there...

Did the loading shovel clamp any miaze that day or did it just pull stuck tractors out  :D  love that picture of the 3 tractors and trailers stuck  :D  Thats fairly wet though. nice looking forager sooner have a claas though  :P

HA, the shovel moved some but then the 7920 was on that job.... the second place was better but still wet....

And as for the claas.... no comment..... I could go into it but not here....

::)  great pictures mate :o

Thanks sir  ;) ;)
