  1. You've probably seen this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Very-Rare-Gama-Claas-Commandor-116cs-Combine-Harvester_W0QQitemZ6973232892QQcategoryZ741QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem I was suprised to see it was 1:32, in my opinion i looked a lot smaller
  2. I'm supprised anyone went for this: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/RARE-ERTL-FORD-8670-NEW-HOLLAND-TRACTOR-MINT-IN-BOX_W0QQitemZ6973224751QQcategoryZ741QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem and http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Rare-Britains-Ford-7000-Tractor-Old_W0QQitemZ6973414657QQcategoryZ741QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Should have joined the forum
  3. Thats a very reasonable price...I guess this won't steer though
  4. If you have one of these tractors, I'd recommend printing this page to keep with the box
  5. The possiblilty is that mintbox is selling on behalf/spliting another collection and maybe did not notice what it was
  6. Wooohooo! Cheers Bill, its very good to know they are authentic
  7. I'm sure it'll be with us in 2006
  8. Britains, you sly fox, making all these variations but then not telling anyone
  9. I think the farmmodels one is good - ok so the cab has got too much of a sloping windscreen, but it has plenty of detail and from the front would deffinatly pass. Its also a one off.
  10. Painted Hydraulic rams - nice touch That loader looks completely wrong from that tractor
  11. Out of interest, how will you make the wheels of any UH model represent the Case 5150?
  12. So someone with the right tools and knowhow could build a replica that is impossible to distinguish from the original - and I bet there's a demand for it
  13. Thats odd isn't it? That they didn't have a plinth? I'm guessing if one MB Trac was given to each MB dealer there can only be around 250 in existance, less if only MB Trac dealers. Did you get any idea of what the coating is when you saw them? could one be made in a similar way to the Gold fastracs etc?
  14. JUst out of interest, who on here has one, or has even seen one? (not in a book FB! ) What do you reckon one would make on ebay? has there ever been one on there?
  15. Hi PDC, I've already sorted out two MB chassis - not as good as a custom all wheel steer with the correct steering but then I'm sure what I paid was a lot lower - but thanks for the offer, if this works out it may be worth making some more properly.
  16. Scale wise, works out about 90mm wide by 143mm long - which is perfect on the MB trac chassis - hows that relate to the Fast trac? - mine are all boxed
  17. Well this will make life a lot easier http://www.puddingsworld.com/Other_stuff/Valtrac_4120-4140/valtrac_4120_4140.htm http://www.grostracteurspassion.com/valtrac.htm Are you making a 3680 bonneted one TM810? Do you think a 2680 type bonnet was also used from looking at those photos? if so I'll do one of those
  18. I've got 2 mb Trac chassis coming my way so I might end up cutting them to put them back to back, but I would prefer proper steering as on the fastrac, but then I won't have to worry about the castings at all, nor the wheelbase...it'll be an interesting one, and no doubt a long termer
  19. I'd really like to know this one I've tried searching the internet and found no link between NH tractors and microsoft as far as I can see, the only tenuous link I can think of is that Microsoft have been working with Fiat to develop a Windows for cars, Fiat of course own 71% of New Holland - but why they would advertise this with an out of date tractor I don't know, so my theory is rubbish. Something I've also thought in the past is that this is not legit, but since seems to be (although you can easily make your own MS NH). I wonder if it is independent of Ertl? I hope Bill can explain this, its an intriguing one.
  20. I think MF never made this, I think it is all by that company I posted the web address for, I think it was designed as a forestry tractor, the MF parts were just used as a skid unit as it were, similar to the Muirhill/brays of their time - well thats my opinion, hopefully someone who can read that web page can correct me But it will be good fun to have one, and at least this pic shows that we don't need 135 mudguards, but just wondering, how do you plan on removing the fuel tanks etc from the fastrac?
  21. heres the culprits http://216.239.37.104/translate_c?hl=en&u=http://www.risa-roux.com/nav4.00.php%3Farg2%3Dc9f55f310f69cabb99b17725fa3c62ae&prev=/search%3Fq%3D%2522Roux%2BIndustrie%2522%26hl%3Den%26hs%3DydS%26lr%3D%26client%3Dfirefox-a%26rls%3Dorg.mozilla:en-GB:official%26sa%3DG
