  3. who says you CAN'T ? all this takes time don't expect to be able to do it overnight , & thats why you're here to get ideas & insperation from others that can & have
  4. the MF 1014 you have is fitted with an MF 600 series cab in real life as far as i know they wern't ,i could well be wrong , but i think i may be right on this , marky has the siku 284 & they were fitted with the same cab . here's a pic of the cab they were fitted with http://www.farmtoysforum.com/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=5150.0;attach=8226;image here'sthe whole topic worth looking through http://www.farmtoysforum.com/forum/index.php?topic=5150.0 but it seems i'm seldom right these days
  5. that 4wd 804 looks nice as does the 100
  6. got a feeling that the bouncing bomb was a JWT as where the paint was peeling you could see the red stripes
  7. damn she's seen some work
  8. good to see phillip trims fleet of valtras there
  9. i used to haul a 2500 gal single axle tanker here you go my old drive, a fendt 612 & the 2500gal tank we all called the bouncing bomb as it didn't have a sprung drawbar
  10. if you look at it again the valtra is a reverse drive
  11. no not yet as havn't really had time to go round there yet ,but i saw him at 'grassland' & told him you were in the final stages
  12. four wheel milk tanker would be approx 11500 - 12000 litres, which is roughly 2550 - 2660 gals ? powerstar, the KIDD tankaspread was KIDD's version of the west dual spreader except the discharge was on the right hand side as opposed to the west's left hand discharge
  13. very nice ,i do like the county's only one thing worth mentioning , is that the MF 1014 has the wrong cab on it , other than that PROPER JOB
  14. looks deceiving from the pics , if it's as small as you say the the bonnet will need to be chopped down so an 856 would be about right then , ,from here the bonnet looks too long or is the cab a bit on the small side ? how about puting in in cooking oil on some acrylic ?
  15. hmmm difficult this one rob as the pic doesn't reflect the true scale, the bonnet looks to be too big for a little'n so my choice would be a 956 ?
  16. i think it's safe to say we can all be accused of that here :D
  17. spray it all blue & it would make a good TANCO slurry tanker , most convo's go on to be a 'star' 'abbey' or a 'major' be a bit different mate
  18. the idea is basicaly a self propelled self loading feeder wagon , the auger / loading arm starts at the bottom of the pit face & slowly works it's way up & down ,& it should leave a clean pit face minimising wasteage ,like a sheargrab would leave it, unlike a silage / dung grab whick tears the silage out , letting air into the silage there is a goat farm behind shepton mallet showground that has one but i have only seen it feeding , not loading . there is also another earlier model working up on the mendips, but because there were problems with the loading arm the farmer has taken it off & just uses it as a SP feeder which in fairness still releases a tractor to do other things
  19. your quite right kentman , i can honestly say i've never once come across a silage block cutter with out the cutter :D
