  1. They're just the thing Jez, thanks for putting them up
  2. \ Have to say I rather like that, I have one in mint condition and it looks the part. Can see where you're coming from about it being flimsy though
  3. I have a green one (prob mid 90s) with no silage thing and an older orange one I got off ebay that has it
  4. Oh drat! Well it was off the top of my head
  5. The Mf combine was launched in 1979 (Toy of the Year) and featured on the front of that years catalogue. it was quite common for the current catalogue to be included inside the box, certainly in later years, which is probably why there are still a lot of them knocking around today
  6. Because he like John Deeres!! :D (poor sod) Are you calling me smelly?! Wait till I get my hands on you...
  7. I know somebody who did, might be able to get some photos in a while
  8. I have some pictures stan, will put them up next week
  9. John Deere looks pretty light in front with that get-up on the back!!
  10. I have the Joal Renault and Landini, both came from Marks Models in Dublin, you might have seen them at the Ploughing? They do a few agricultural shows throughout the year and usually have some Joal stuff. I also have the red, blue and green Valtra 6850, the pulling tractor and the S series, all 1:35 scale, which make up a nice collection. I must get up some pics of my Valmets/Valtras next week.
  11. Your gravel method gives the roadway a sort of cobbled effect
  12. Any more news from our master builder?
  13. Nice combines there Richard. The New Holland is a simple, reliable machine. We run a 1530 at home.
  14. Sorry to dissapoint but it will never look exactly like a 4000 since the 4000 had a straight through gearbox and the 5000 a stepped one, resulting in a higher bonnet line, combined with a different design of tombstone to give extra height despite using the same front axle as the 4000. Good effort though
  15. I have to say I agree wholeheartedly with Alan here. While your photos are very interesting and of very high quality, putting writing on them seems to be causing a lot of dissatisfaction among other users. So I suggest that you use a seperate website for marketing your work, where you display samples with or without writing, and keep pictures on the forum just for fun, with strictly no writing. If this problem is not resolved soon I can see a policy being implemented by the moderators where anyone that posts up pictures with writing on them has their posts removed, in the interest of fairness to the other members. You are not the only person who has good photographs on the forum.
  16. Great photos once again Sascha, i really enjoy looking at them. It seems a bit early in the year for beet harvesting though \
  17. Great photos once again Sascha. Is it common to save the tops like in the second photo in Germany?
  18. A bit late but just want to say what great pictures these are Sascha, you certainly are handy with the camera!
  19. Looks like it was a good show stan, I was down that part of the country on the sunday but couldn't make it to your show
  20. Well if they get through this weekend they'll have a good chance Stan but they'll find it hard to stop Shefflin and co.
  21. UH is a french company so maybe they went with the spec most common over there? Does anyone know who will be selling the black T series? I thought King's Models were having them done but there doesn't seem to be much info on their website \
  22. Was a good show, glad I was able to make it
