  1. There are two companies who make slightly smaller 8x4 MAN tippers and a Merc 8x4 concrete mixer (1:35 ish). The Aldi MAN 6x4 tipper could be modded to become an 8x4.
  2. 1:32 Welly Peugeot 307 in red. Only €3.99. Couldn't leave it behind.
  3. Case MX150 and two Volvo L30 Loading shovels reseeding the paddock next to the Allotment.

+1 As a scientist who works on hydrogen projects said at a conference I attended in 2002: Hydrogen powered vehicles are 20 years away, and they always will be. But I will be buying that model.
  5. Ford 9600, Ford 5000, Fordson Major, Fordson Dexta, Massey 65, and Nuffield 10/60 all done up like new heading for a road run or summat down Nashmach Country.
  6. That TSA looks gorgeous. Well you may wear. Pity about the green thing. What was wrong with the MF240 that you had to downgrade so dramatically? Someone upthread compared the Case MXU and the TSA. The TSA is made in Basildon. The MXU is what they call tractors that fail Quality Control in the Steyr factory in Austria. Someone also mentioned Fendt retaining their value. Only up to 7,000 hours. Most people trade them on after 5,000 hours. With New Holland (and Valtra) you can safely go to 10,000 hours. But isn't that TSA a joy to behold - and that's before we discuss the whistle from the exhaust with 20 tonnes up behind her.
  7. Excellent show. Congrats to all concerned. I only managed to pop in for a few minutes, but the standard of the displays was excellent. The hobby has come a long way since the Fingal Show in 2005.
  8. This is the smallest I've seen, and the detail is unreal. http://www.farmmodels.net/2009website/1009outfarmshed/outfarmyard.html
  9. I don't recall the 1412 being available with 4wd (or the 1212 for that matter). 4wd was on the 1410 and 1210. Not sure if there was a problem hooking 4wd to the hydrashift gearbox or summat.
  10. when you put it like that ............. :'( :'( :'( :'(
  11. Has to be the Tractor of the Year http://cgi.ebay.ie/Ros-30126-9-New-Holland-T7070-Traktor-1-32-NEU-OVP_W0QQitemZ400098564979QQcmdZViewItemQQptZSpielzeugautos?hash=item5d27bb9b73
  12. You have to love the hobbit sized driver. Makes the tractor look much bigger. ! (ps can someone get rid of that script that writes "laugh out loud". L O L is internet speak, not text speak. Looks ridiculous everytime it happens)
  13. Here's the pic of the 6610 referred to above
  14. Holy sweet random profanities batman! Ab Fab Mr P. I wish my trailers ended up looking that good. The only fault I can find would be the idea of putting an 8 tonner behind a 7600. It looks really great with the John Q and the red thing, but a 7600 should have a 12 tonner, and a 7600 4wd should have a 14 tonner, if you want to be realistic. 8 tonners were for Ford 4000s around here.
  15. Going Waaaaaaaaay off topic, but ................ Lots of Lambos and Hurlimans being sold in Ireland at the moment, and very few Deutz. Deutz apparently have a new Marketing Manager who thinks the dumb Paddys will pay an extra €5,000 for green paintwork. I believe his P45 is being prepared, and he will shortly be returning to Blighty with his tail between his legs.
  16. I've always found them useful for testing 4lb lump hammers myself
  17. Two John Qs for one Basildon Beauty Sounds about right to me

  19. Claas WM30 was a piece of dog dirt. I'd say badge it up as a JF or as a Taarup. If anybody were to make a model of the Grasshopper I'd buy one. Fantastic mower in its day.

    ford 7810 decals

I would have thought you could order them through Murphy's Motors, if not, Design & Display should be able to knock them up for you http://www.ddsigns.ie/
  21. Here's a pic of one I saw a few years ago. I think it was made by Samco.
  22. There's a tarmac contractor in Waterford has one on a Scania. He has a small insulated tipping body for the asphalt and tows a drawbar low loader behind it for the plant. For big jobs he drops the Jak-a-box and uses a normal fifth wheel tipper for the asphalt. Will get a photo.
  23. I got the DVD for Christmas. Looking forward to watching it.
