    Cat playing!

A bit after the event but this was going on along the road.
  2. A grass mat that you might find cheaper is the sound insulation that you get for the floors of cars (I think it used to be used in minis). This is used by railway modelers. I think they might bleach it to get the pale yellow hue.
  3. Hey Ben, did you get caught in the downpours in Lynn?

    County Seahorse

I was talking to Old Pond at Spalding and they said this is currently out of print, though there is talk of a reprint this year.
  6. Yes they are, so you know who produces them! The convo is one that I can easily repeat, provided I can get the base materials. Do you think there would be an interest? The one shown does have overlapping blades but they could be widened out for other tractor wheel spacing. The Fergie has 50 inch centres which gives about 25 inch rows. Main crop are 30 in spacing which would suit a 60 inch wheel spacing. These blades are at 43 mm centres (outer blades) which gives a 1.5 mm overlap on inner and outer sets. Hope this makes sense.
  7. I've completed the conversion to give a 3 blade bedformer in the fergie style.
  8. Chassis could be based on the Britains Irrigation trailer!
  9. IM 885, are you going to buy a good chunk of the 1250 minimum order? Thats about 3 each if we all buy them.
  10. Interesting job Scarborough. There is a corruption investigation underway and plenty of monetry claims winging around. It is technically interesting as well!

  16. I am sure he will answer for himself but remember he has a business to run and this is his livelihood.
  17. Ricky, you are obviously an environmentalist. We had a guy like that in Kent, and he ended up in court for grubbing protected hedgerows.
  18. Any chance of getting the pics restored by a moderator as this is really good archive stuff that will help a lot of us?
