  thought i would try to make one of these old handlers ,drove one for handling straw between 1995 and 2000 thought it was a good machine never gave any trouble ,but for the life of me can not remember the model number so could do with some help there think it was TR something

That one is older again I am pretty sure a Matbro Teleram. It could have been a TR 200 either.

Nash is right a few men around me have one the same as your model and they are a TR200

we had an older type on the farm had a little metal cab very hot in the summer sitting in there it got burnt out in barn fire you may remember the barn steve at badlesmere on faversham ashford road

200 has the ram on top of the boom and 250 have the ram inside the boom    but that looks nice graham    keep up the work

Superb, Graham and yes the TR's were excellent machines. The smaller TR200 became quite sought after and can still command a high price in good condition. I know of two 200's near me but sadly no more 250's. A lovely model you have built, hope to see it at Toytrac  :)

That's the same down here, anyone with a 250 has gone on to JCB and Manitou and maybe even had two machines since but the couple of guys with a 200 are very reluctant to swap them in!

ooh missed this topic graham , like the old matbro , only really used one a few times loading dung , very old , think it was on an old V plate !

are the wheels a tad big though ? never seen one on 38in rims

Impressive work Graham looking forward to seeing further progress on the old Matbro, there's a couple of Teleram machines and a rigid TS260 operating on farms not far from me, make for nice sight and change from all the newer JCB, Manitou and Merlos.

great job Graham, they were very popular a farm i was working on replaced a Sanderson SB with a Matbro TR250, i must be different to everyone else but i never thought too much to the Matbro not a patch on a Sanderson, manouvreability and build quality,just my opinion.

thanks for replys put a set of early britains fastrac wheels on it and a bit of colour ,made some pallett tines and muck fork with grab see what you think

feel bad about the wheel size comment now , as the machine was built around the bigger wheels , small ones look odd now  :'(
