Luke190
Thanks guys Fitting the front weight bracket was a lot easier than I thought it would be Fenside, I'll certianly look into some NH style wafer weights, but for now I have these ones And heres the finished balewrap holder. I think its turned out well
Luke190
Some additional kit has made it's way into the fleet recently including a t7.190 seen here with our new Horsch drill we purchased a while back
Luke190
We've also taken delivery of a new t6.180, which is a very tidy model Overall I'm very pleased with both new tractors and it's been decided that a couple more t6's will join the fleet at some point in 2016/17 Here's some bonus photos I recently found on my laptop

Luke190
Thanks Wayne. I know it's not layout related but I agree that it's nice to see some real kit especially as it gives me the inspiration to continue my collection of New Holland's

Luke190
Thanks Paul. Progress is slow as my wife's put up a bit of a fuss about having a large display out. Hopefully I'll have the display board back up soon and get working on it

Luke190
Thanks guys I can't take the credit for the plough. It was an impulse purchase from SD Frater at Toytrac. I don't own the Britians one to compare with, but this one is decent, good level of detail and hard to spot that its been shortened. My only criticism is that it sits a little low when the linkage is in the raised position
Luke190
Its been a while since I updated this but I've bought and scratch built a few new additions to the fleet over the past 2 months. First up is a selection of real kit I've seen recently
Luke190
Sorry about quality, photos were taken on my phone in poor light I bought a set of replicagri cambridge rolls a while back and didn't open it until recently. I've got to say its one of the best implements in my fleet. A nice heavy, detailed model. I recommend it to anyone I also bought an OCE folding buckrake from Perfect32, which is well pretty perfect. Its got a nice weight to it without being too heavy to stress the Farm Master it'll be fitted to. I also like that the folding mechanism works. I just need to build a guard for it for travelling on roads On the subject of loaders, I've added some new parts to the Farm Master to improve on my previous changes. I've better fixed larger wing mirrors, added a rear hitch (hydraulic piping still to add) and fitted a more realistic cb aerial My wife bought me the new Britains T6.180 for christmas, which I've altered by removing the left beacon and adding a more realistic one to the right, painting the toolbox, adding rear warning stickers and adding an aerial to the autopilot I've also had a go at changing the loader attachment on my Universal Hobbies T5.115, so that it can accept attachments which fit to the LM telehandler. I've managed to keep it so that the rams still move in and out when the implement is tilted
Luke190
third and final update Here's my scratch built implements both completed and in progress First up I've always wanted a decent square bale grab for the telehandler so after searching the market and looking at what conversionists are selling I decided I was better off building my own. Its roughly based on a Browns implement my local farm uses. I've tried to give it a slightly used look (paint pealing off hooks, decals fading etc). let me know what you think. I may build a few more to sell if there's any interest Here's the reference photo I used Next I'm still in the process of building a bale grab with moving parts I've also finished my barn roof I'm also building a bag lift attachment for use by both the telehandler and tractor loader and a front tank for spraying. Still not finished building it or painting Hope to convert a hedge cutter and build a front press next and some more work on the layout board. That's all for now
Paul Palmer
great buys and builds Luke, great work on the browns grab, fantastic
Luke190
Thanks guys. I think the Browns grab has turned out really well since I really just built and learnt as I went. Certainly my most complex build to date. I was considering giving it working retractable hooks but chose the simple option of a fixed position
