Britains Shawnee Poole and ford 6600

Recommended Posts

Thought I would post some pics of my Britains Shawnee Poole dump trailer I have been working on. I decided to put some Wheels on off a Britains Massey 2680 with a pair of Goodyear tires on. the draw bar and hitch have been converted to a standard straight out one. It's also been repainted and I weathered it to make it look like it had been used and abused over the years :) IMG_7187.thumb.PNG.59d623aa57b49402a266786cc3b5edb5.PNGIMG_7186.PNG.2741d3fa67c7caea3b31f8de838edcbb.PNGIMG_4399.thumb.JPG.14faa5b7b45218048ba7329179165ad5.JPGIMG_4396.thumb.JPG.f37b92e9c3142fcaf5d403dc7a40c86d.JPGIMG_4407.thumb.JPG.1262cb17ad82fe790e0a6382943169b2.JPGIMG_4405.thumb.JPG.d0502a4612dbb5b99396eade67c2e50c.JPGIMG_4404.thumb.JPG.f195c71ee46e588e792d271bc743f12c.JPGIMG_4401.thumb.JPG.8d4615546ec3d5793c6532f0c767f5f5.JPGIMG_4408.thumb.JPG.ba84f28b597a67a43a6e49c0065862ce.JPGThanks for looking :)

Brilliant weathering, something I’ve never tried before. I too have been tempted with doing the old Shawnee Poole, but never got round to it. Be great to see a step by step process of how you do the weathering next time. ;)

Thanks Alastair :) I will try and do the process next time, this one was a bit of an experiment ^_^
