Tractor World, Malvern 2019

I went to the 3 Counties Showground at Malvern in Worcestershire today for the Tractor World Spring show. I bumped into a few FTF members whilst I was there and had a bit of a natter, always good to catch up face to face from time to time.

Anyway, I did take a number of photos, nowhere near as many as The Tractor Twitcher who had apparently photographed every single tractor in the show. I don't think my camera would have enough memory for that!

Most of the photos that I took were of the auction tractors, some were quite common but there were a couple of unusual rarities amongst them.

A few old harvesters to start with

There were loads more, especially inside where there were some immaculate restorations however, this model was on the G & M stand and I had never seen one before.

David gave me some info on it but, true to form, I have had a senior moment and forgotten who made it. It was a work of art

Good trip yesterday, and good to catch up with a few folk off here and meet one or two too :) i didn't have to worry about a tractor in the auction this year... (maybe wouldn't have minded a bid or two on this 4/65 and the 4100 Leyland in the show itself would be a nice asset) although that must mean it's not far off my 804's first year in my ownership, i got a couple of photo's too but was alot of bodies about to get good clear ones....

There was some stunning tractors there today Justin the detail in the restorations on some was mind blowing. Some i reckon looked better then they did when brand new.

Some of those tractors Steve are just too good to put to work or even take part in working events. Stunning restorations they are..
