1/32 Iveco Cargo Horsebox

Recommended Posts

I think I shared some photos of this in the workbench topic when first started, but I'll show them in a topic now.

1/32 Iveco Cargo Horsebox, built on the Britain's model with a scratch built body. Includes interior with sink, sofa, magazines and rosettes and then a horse are with two stalls and working doors. Quite pleased with the final outcome, I feel like it has a look of something Britain's would have made about it.

Fabulous model James. Looks great.

The reg is interesting as there was only ever one UK reg with an I in it like that, and that was IRL 1 which I think was created for an Irish Ambassador to London. Otherwise I and Z were only used on registrations issued in Ireland.

Thank you folks.

Yes the intention behind the reg was to make it look like a less expensive private plate, for a less expensive Horsebox, as you say it wouldn't exist in real life. Maybe N31 GHH would have been a better choice. Although I have embodied the old Britain's way of making the numberplate untrue, but couldn't quite bring myself to put an different one on the front that the back!
