Paint colours

Question

As it seems quite a few people are getting into this converting and building lark I thought it might be an idea to have a colour reference topic, maybe it will help a few of us along with getting a close match colour off the shelf for a particular brand.

If you've used a particular "off the shelf" colour to match up to a particular brand and you don't mind sharing it with others then please post it up here.

men i need to know a Halfords paint colour match to old style JCB 3c MK2 Yellow and the Red for the wheels and bucket

thanks need to know these colours very soon as i am making my dad a JCB 3C MK2 digger for xmas and am runnig it tight at the minuit  :-\

ive looked right through this topic,im need a renault orange,apparently there are different oranges for the renaults,its for the ares range about 2002,grey for the chassis and the wheel colour,got a quote today for genuine paint,and fell through the floor at the prices for 400ml spray cans

Need some help please,Back on page 1 MJB suggests plasticote smoke grey for older mf's,would that paint be like the charcoal grey colour or stoneleigh?

I'm after a close match for the stoneleigh grey on the tier3 masseys if anyone could help
