I was looking at some pics of Chalpatti beach in Mumbai and found an old photo which being me i had to take. Looking closely at it i can't figure out what it is, sorry if it's blaitanly obvious and is a well known company but seemed odd to me. And yes it is an implement for picking litter and sea weed etc off of the beach, but this is again putting the homeless out of a job as they used to pick up the litter and sell it to make money.
