Gav836
Well we finished yesterday but not before I got a few pictures to show just how dry it was while we were lifting. Everything is now washed down, put away and I have my 20.8 tyres back on.
Gav836
We grow them big in Norfolk too.....Pentland Dell for McCains :o The soil should get up to the top of this first web but is too dry to hang together
Gav836
Some pictures from the store Herbert Grader and store conveyors feeding a Miedema elevator The other side of the shed is full to the front like this, potatoes are then covered in straw for frost protection

Tractorman810
i guess its a catch 22 for you in the dry soil, if it sticks it gives more protection through the machine and inot the trailer, but that means more cleaning at the yard? Smithy140
oh ok fair enough then. I can never keep a straight line whatever im doin. even mowing a lawn the way i see it is that as long as you don't miss nay then its not a problem
Gav836
You pick something out in the hedge at the far end of the field and don't take your eyes off it, usually works. Its a big problem if you're drilling sugarbeet Will, spent 5 years drilling 700 acres a year, needs to be straight then
