Yeah cheers i did enjoy it  ;D it was only for a trailered forager but still good fun ;) your time will come soon enough i was well suprised i was doing it  :)

brings back memorys ferring with a ford 7000 and griffiths 10 tonne (14 years old) feild to farm about 8 miles  ..1690 chopping with a 602b  1210 on the pit  another 1212and 1490 ferring ..thanks. your post made me  think back

For the benefit of the younger forum members; perhaps it would be a good idea just to mention that the latter tractors were all David Brown, Case. Its ok for us oldies that remember them. Jus' tryin' to be helpful.  :)

Went to a boot sale this morning, and actually bought something. It's rare that i ever find anything at all, but today I bought a fifty year old battery charger in near mint condition which works well. Two quid. A 500w adjustable and portable spotlight, for four quid, (As new) A new and unused Bluetooth computer keyboard and mouse for a fiver, and a ball of garden twine to sort out my tomatoes with...... 70p.  :)

    The downside was that I didn't have enough money for my usual half pounder cheese burger.  :(

well went to my friend from colleges farm and went into the house to change and as i walked to the lounge ,there right infront of me on the shelf was a mint britains black and white county 1884 power farm edition  :P :P and there was a mint britains kv plough behind it  :P and he was supprised when i told him about how much they are worth , he said his mother had bought them yrs ago with a loads of renaults for about £20 i think he said  :o
