They do mate, what i really need to do is make a bigger mould of each block , say 10 of each , at the mo i get 6 large , 6 midd and a load of other small fillers , so i don't get what i want really each mix, in terms of walling like this. I would also like to try and make a double faced one for boundary walls as it does to capping stones in the mould, but you cant really use them as you can only do one sided . The concrete  stuff only takes 30 mins to set so bigger moulds would speed it up big time

Yeah i did try it this time and to be honest its come out better Than  i thought it would , got a nice battered look to it , its has a wash of concrete weathering powder for the mo, And i may give it a white wash after blend it all in . Was pondering if i could make the yard panels up as well, cast2/3 with different holes and cracks in them and then cast them, just set them out with gaps between them ??

also been working on the fillings between glue setting etc, have been meaning to try this since i made the new muck heap a good year or so ago, when the refurb started, will need plenty to fill the isles on this new build, plus the others, and my attempt in the other one doesn't really cut it,  will be a few more shades blended i to this, but its closer to what i want . nothing fixed down at the mo,as it will take a good week to dry out properly, but i just wanted to try it against with the filler i made .

its nothing more that sisal string, ones dyed yellow for straw, the other is dyed brown, use acrylic paint mixed with water, i  also packed the yellow ones in a  jig to make small bales , however it takes ages to cut down mind into 5 mm bits i had the blisters and sore hands to prove it after cutting down 5 m of it:D
