Tractorman810
How do you know snipe was involved then nick ?? I very often put a bid on stuff in the last 10 secs and win , infact you would be surprised how few people use snipe
Guest
yes i got out bid in last 5 secs ha ha! i cound nt get on in time only , only out bid by 5p !!!!
Lord Ferguson
as I understand it... the winning bidder there has put his or her bid in 6 days before the end of the auction... it was the bidder with a 15 feedback (you Nick ?) who pushed it up.. but only to the point where the winner's bid remained stronger than yours ? ... or am I reading that wrong ? EDIT - I see eBay calls it automatic biding... I think Nick's getting confused with that and sniping Sean.. but it's an interesting subject none the less.. worthy of it's own topic which I created just now (split from Nicks original post)
Niels
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/320784339378?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 Proper money for this David Brown 50D brochure, and it's in Spanish even. English text would have probably made a bit more. I think people who were able to grab these brochures at shows at the time will scratch their heads about not taking a stack to keep for future times! There must be an old DB dealer somewhere that has a few up the attic

ronan7051
Hmmm, got me thinking about that County, but I think one already nearly finished blue one and two other TW's sitting on the bench to be started is enough for now. ;D But it is a good price hmmmm.. justy 46
Not a bad price for a Britains County http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BRITAINS-TRACTOR-COUNTY-1884-WHITE-MADE-1987-/110774144406?pt=UK_ToysGames_DiecastVehicles_DiecastVehicles_JN&hash=item19caa74d96 Not bad,but its missing a few bits . No driver, no exshaust & has a crack on the top of the bonnet and its missing a light on the weight block. Im watching to buy one but i may hang on for another bit for one to pop up. A yellow version would do fine also. I see there is County 1474 conversion that looks a peach on ebay at the momment & not a bad price YET!
