My first attempt to the 1506 wich been a 1706 due to wrong decals ::) But if we ignore the paint failure i've made ( the next one is better) the result actually quite good. In the spring i will begin to make "my" version of Stolbrolykke . It will be a mix of Stolbrolykke Maskinstation ( www.stolbrolykke.dk ) and Varnæslykke Maskinstation (www.vmok.dk) (maskinstation = contractor)

Enjoy..

So its about time to get an update. I'm spending my time working on my final project so i can be graduated as engineer in this summer. But i were asked to do some driving for a local farmer who offered all the Deere's i want .

First we should drive slurry on the fields before plowing with an JD 8220 an Samson PG20. This year we should provide 300 hectars for corn.

and one of the days i were having a special guest from Stolbrolykke, my former tractor.: SAME IRON 180 who were visiting to mix slurry for us.

Lovely old 4255 working hard there. The 6920 has the wheels set quite wide by the looks of it, what other jobs does it do?

The 6920 handles the sprayer and the wheels a set that wide to fit the maizerows.

here's some from a day in the wheat and some of the stacking og bales. We usely make about 18 to 20.000 bales per season.

The tractors is a SAME Diamond 265, SAME Iron 190 DCR and SAME Iron 180.7 Hi-line with 3 of our six balers.

enjoy.

Wow, I have never seen nor heard of straw stored like this before! Very interesting to see something entirely new. The neighbour has two nice classic Case machines too, did you do the baling there before he bouhht his own baler? How has the harvest been and us the straw if good quality? Here in the UK it is a battle just to get a day to combine, even harder to get the baler into dry straw!

blimey, like tris i have never seen straw stored like that either ,have seen a few stacks in rough areas away from the field, infact we did several times with real good harvest years , but never on the filed like that ,i asume its going to be sold and moved on quickly?? or will they just leave that bit fallow till its all used up

Well we had nearly 3 weeks with decent weather so we almost managed to press all wheat. We now only have 650 hectar (1500 acres i think) we need to bale so the end is near.

We wrap some of our bales in plastic and the stack last for a couple of months. In the earlier picture you can see some of the stacks but i think they reached 8 stacks so far with 650-750 in each. The plastic is pretty expensive but barns are also expensive in rent so this is more Economic.

But enjoy some more pictures, you can see our R8 with NH 9080 we make bales for customers in north part of Germany.

I'm fascinated by that machine. I think in America they do a similar thing with alfafa bales going for export to the middle east. I bet that old Volvo BM loader has moved some bales in its life!! Enjoyed your photos again :) :)
