  1. nice pics mike. there an interesting machine alright, ive worked with a good few crushers and screeners in the past, drawing from them. during the summer i gave a week drawing chips and dust from a screener where freshly blasted rock went through 3 seperate crushers in a series and onto the screener to get various grades of stone..... i hadnt time to look around me
  2. nice pics ol, jez those rollers are big alright, are they full of water or concrete?
  3. funny ive got avg too, but it goes mad
  4. wow :o i know what im getting from santa
  5. ive got e-trust on the lap top and that doesnt like it either, theres AVG on the home computer and it completly shuts down all intenet activity if i go on the site plus computer stops responding for a few minutes
  6. hey paul i tried logging on to it again last night and started getting that virus warning again ?
  7. is that murphy's of portlaw? my boss is talking about getting a couple of them for next season
  8. haha good one on a serious note though mighty job, id be well happy with myself if i could do that.
  9. looks good boy, the one criticism id have with it is in real life it may be hard to empty a full load of silage since the backdoor is only about half the height of the trailers. but then again its not real life so nice job
  10. o ya i forgot about that , that may be the easiest way to do it. ive only been playing with the thought with a few days so havent really considered it much
  11. ya i thought it was joal too first but thought it looked a bit detailed. couldnt find it on tyro toys universal hobbies section so wasnt sure. are they still available?
  12. cheers Dwain. are they removable? ive been thinking about making a set for a 3690 i have but it has the britains 6290 back wheels on it so if i can manage to make a removable pair out of 6290 wheels held with the rods like on yours il be doing good
  13. what toy maker makes the red valtra? nice farm
  14. the double wheels on the McCormick can you put a closer pic of that up please, im trying to do a set like that at the moment for one of my masseys
  15. havent done much to it since except get the bits i need, hadnt time to put them on yet though
  16. all the older ones were light yellowish but with about the last 4 years all the new ones are silver, so if your after a new kane id leave them as they are
  17. pushoff is probably more important on a tractor as you cant lift the buckrake fitted to front or back links up at the same angles that you could with a shovel so without it, it would be much slower to get the grass off the rake.
  18. shovel is the way to go, theres no time wasted pushing up loads keeps things going when your flat out, compaction is second to none. the guy who drives ours at pit is unreal on it, ive no pictures taken off the finished pits but if you saw them they are like a work of art. i wouldnt imagine wear and tear to be so bad with the flicking because in the hands of a good operator he doesnt have to flick too much, a shovel loading earth or rock or whatever would be alot worse. if you are only a small contractor or farmer i could see how buying a shovel might not be worth it for the limited amount of work there but then again saying that my bosses one who owns a medium sized contracting outfit is busy 70% of the year doing, silage, muck, land work, site work etc etc theres always jobs coming up for it. all contractors around here anyway have shovels as do any of the farmers who cut there own except for one 50hx as i said earlier by one farmer.
  19. seen pretty much the same thing haha. but i dont see anything much wrong with that load, most likely its tied down with aload of straps so shouldnt move to much. id much rather carry that load then a truck load of bales over half the distance that truck will be going
