  1. to be honest i havent seen a new one in years oyer 10 id say \. but the guys who used cut our silage had about 5-6 of the them, although the design was way different to that newer version that Sean made me as in pic above. there is a contractor operating outside Tralee who still uses lees though, but all of them are between 6-12 years old. he dosnt get new anything including tractors just uses everything till it cant go anymore. the guy i work with had a few lees two years ago. 10 years or so ago they were probably one of the best trailers on the market judging by their popularity but when trailers like kane, herron, redrock etc came along they took over. id like to see what a modern lee looks like out of interest

  3. nice pics, not much maize done around my way unfortuntaly but i know where there is a good shot of it growing not too far away, its not cut yet but is about half way up the height of a chopper cab in length

  7. funny you shud say that Sean, i got caught doing a "bit" over the limit this morning but thankfully the guard left me off, after he gave me a bit of a talking to . it helped that he new i was in NZ, and i told him im only home a couple weeks (more like 18) so didnt know limits were changed rest of the day ive been wheelbarrowing rubble, and am having a break now

  13. thanks for all the comments yep there is, im thinking about putting break and indicator lights on the back like a massey drill i used before but the decal is getting in the way il post up a finished picture when its finished just waiting on some wire
