Now this is something I have just purchased, on the prognosis that it is a genuine johillco model that has copied the tractor dinky produced. I may be completely wrong, but it looked interesting, and worth the gamble!

Again, another model manufacturer to which their models are extremely hard to find.

As a nice point of reference for anyone who is interested in the more rarer farm models from the continent, these were sold at a recent auction. First time I have seem the SAME model, and never knew they produced a Laverda combine! Perhaps Feli or Nigel can shed more info on this.

Dear members. Many apologies for the recent forum downtime. It was always going to happen while I was many miles away from FTF HQ though I guess! Anyhow, the problem was down to our hosting company and a major server fault while they were conducting maintainence. A few key FTF files that make the system tick were removed, so we have been trying to restore it all as quickly as possible from backups! Not easy when your 4000 miles away in a country that has poor internet service! I think we are back running now though so fingers crossed thats the last of the problems! Keep an eye out though and report anything strange in this post! I will be doing a complete once over on Tuesday. For all of you who are interested in attending the largest Farm Model Show in the UK, Here are the essential details. Tractor 2008 - Spring Show Sunday 6th April Doors open 10am Theme of this show is "Eastern European Tractors" which will include a 1/43 scale ltd edition Belarus show tractor. There will many trade stands offering both new and old farm models, along with several farming literature and other farm related merchandise stalls. Where is the show..? Springfields Exhibition Centre, Spalding, Lincolnshire. PE12 6ET Just off the A16, follow signs for Springfields Shopping Centre Travelling long distances? If so, there are several, well equipped hotels and travel lodges near to the show. Many FTF members have used these facilities in the past. There is actually a hotel now being built at Springfields itself, but I'm not sure if it will be completed by April. If anyone requires any information about the local area, with regards to accommodation, please contact me. Maybe Bill can clear it up for us. I did hear however that it was limited because theres only one production run of the model, rather than a specifically low production run. Could be wrong though, so hopefully bill can solve the mystery!
