  1. It was as clear as a bell here first thing and even down at Barney it was still clear until 11 when I left, did seem very patchy early on. Looking out the window now it's like something off Star Trek, the fog is almost yellow. Think I'd better get my jobs done!
  2. Same here Justin, hope all are safe and well after she passes through. It's the strangest weather at the moment, far too mild for the time of year and not good for inside stock. The sunrise this morning was like something off another planet, it's very calm and muggy here now, but the fog has an almost yellow/orange colour to it. Looks like the sort of day for getting a good finish tonight and holing up before she starts to blow!
  3. I'll look forward to seeing them there hopefully!
  4. Nice little tractor there Martin, I learned to drive on a Dexta and have many fond memories of driving one as a boy, apart from the constant sticking in third gear that is!
  5. From my experience, once you get south of County Durham, finding anyone that speaks "proper" English is a rare occurrence
  6. I remember seeing someone at a show with a black feather on the exhaust, it looked quite realistic actually! All Ford men say that !
  7. Looking very tidy Martin, very nice job. All it needs now is a big puff of black out of the exhaust to add that extra touch of realism !
  8. I think I've seen your room worse Peter, mind, then again maybe not!
  9. looks a lovely job James, I agree with you though, not as classy as the proper T cabs. Like the shed too!
  10. She's a good tractor to be fair, but being a 475 she has a perkie in her and not a nash engine, so not perfect She's due a bit of TLC and a respray, that's why she's on the digger at the moment, its too dirty a job for the other tractors!
  11. Had a bit of draining to do but like a lot of jobs never got to it as soon as I wanted, so today I thought I'd get it done before the ground gets too wet. Anyway, got the drain opened up, unblocked and filled back in. All was going well, right up until the last bucket
  12. Now there's a common sight, a Ford with its bonnet off !
  13. A bit of variety this past few days, leading straw with the right coloured bonnet in front of me, then back to the dark side spreading fert and some old - school muck leading
  14. Please stop posting these Mark, my will power is decreasing and my collection increasing!
  15. It just gets worse Cyril, our eldest starts his third year at secondary school when he goes back next week, doesn't seem five minutes since he was sitting on my knee "driving" the tractor
  16. yuck, obviously not in touch with my feminine side after all
  17. I do, where's the sick bucket!
  18. Couldn't have had a better day for it Martin, and you're right, there is some impressive scenery over them tops, wouldn't want to live up there mind!. Whose is the very shiny 4610? Saw it go past our spot the other night and then again parked up round the back in Barney, looks a stunning tractor
