Popping into a Tuckwells John Deere depot tractor hunting to find that they had been burgled last month! The only thing they took were toys and models and a couple of socket sets...... Clearly Christmas is on its way!

Thank you Martin for your help today - I too have been refunded after a rather short but to the point telephone conversation with this prat. I have - needless to say - suggested rather strongly that he refund all on the forum that he conned or the relevant authorities will be contacted. He does have access to PayPal, so that is not an excuse. For those effected, pursue him, you should get your money back. Today has been an up and down day for me personally - feeling like a numpty and then a small victory, but the best thing about today has been the supportive nature of certain members of this forum, who demonstrate that at the seat of it all there are genuinely good people on here who wont stand for any abuse of the system. Thanks all, you know who you are!

Hi All, this topic fits squarely nowhere, so best here me thinks. I have recently got hold of the four St.Michael sets in the photo. I know they are rare, these ones only from 1979, but I would like to know their value if anyone has any ideas? They are Mint unplayed with and the boxes are very good also. Thanks in advance.

Bad quality picture - the batteries ran out just after I took this!! Quick assessment - I think it is a good one. The linkage in my humble is very good - I put a lot of pressure on it and I think the tractor will rear up before the linkage goes (as in the past). The front weight, therefore, is there for a reason!! I will however, echo other comments on finish - couple of scratches and one of the rear work lights was not painted in. Very good for the modern carpet farmer I would say.
