If you look though, the listing has 800C and references to UH, so I bet the photos have got mixed up, or the bidders haven't double checked what they are bidding on..... Certainly a UH Rapid 800C would be worth that kind of money.

They go up and down in price so I would not take this as the norm. Overkill on price in my opinion, again it's another case of 'it's only a Britains toy'.......

Tried that a while ago Sean, no longer available, hence the silly money I guess.....

Very clever, effective and time consuming too!!

If you have a John Deere dealer nearby, you can get them for about £33......

Well Janval and anyone else who has been effected - I wont make any promises, but I have had a text from him saying that he will sort other members out tonight......again, I stress no promises. BTW stay clear of 'inthefield2018' - his current Ebay user name, though he has switched twice in the last 3 days......

Thank you Martin for your help today - I too have been refunded after a rather short but to the point telephone conversation with this prat. I have - needless to say - suggested rather strongly that he refund all on the forum that he conned or the relevant authorities will be contacted. He does have access to PayPal, so that is not an excuse. For those effected, pursue him, you should get your money back. Today has been an up and down day for me personally - feeling like a numpty and then a small victory, but the best thing about today has been the supportive nature of certain members of this forum, who demonstrate that at the seat of it all there are genuinely good people on here who wont stand for any abuse of the system. Thanks all, you know who you are!

Hi All, this topic fits squarely nowhere, so best here me thinks. I have recently got hold of the four St.Michael sets in the photo. I know they are rare, these ones only from 1979, but I would like to know their value if anyone has any ideas? They are Mint unplayed with and the boxes are very good also. Thanks in advance.

Very valid - I think the manufacturers are making hay while sun shines.......it doesn't stike me as being sustainable......
