has anyone come across a mf wheel /cab colour called βnew silver mistβ before ?? just been checking on the part number on the official mf parts page to get my chassis paint for the 3690 and noticed that according to them, the wheels on a 3690 are this colour , in-fact it seems lists most (not all) of the 3000 series as this , not as every one seems to use sapphire grey. it has a different part no to silver mist and sapphire grey so i am guessing it is different in some way .

front grill sorted and fitted, bar lights, and some colour on the rims on the big girl. would have done the chassis as well in the right colour, but it seems my can of grey has either gone off, or lost its gas as it wont spray, so need to get a fresh one on my travels this week also got some orange on the howard rotavator, just got to find decals -

have said that on all of them ,i can only asume that the one meassured up was some euro one,as i have never seen an exhaust on the right as you look down the bonnet from the seat ,all are on the left with the pre cleaner ,,i guess massey must have signed it off ,that or the press guys are all so young they dont know what a mf 2000 series actually is -
just back from london after 3 days up there with the grandkids, gave thema real walking about few days, after doing harry potter world saturday afternoon once we got up there( they didnt know about that) done the london eye, did Matilda the musical show on sunday, loads of walking round showing them the sights, managed to get them in the lego shop after sweet talking the security gaurd 5 mins before they closed last night ,as every time we went past there was a good 1 hr queue to get in, told him we were going back at 7 today and they both gave him their best sad looking faces, bosh in we went ππππ

Pre cleaners way to big bowl wise and still got that bloody exhaust on the wrong side . As for the arch extensions , that must be a euro thing as i have never seen a uk plated 2000 series with those extensions fitted , only on the later big 3600βs -
Its more luck than the tractor by a long way . He was very clearly floating the rear end most of the way and solely relying on the front axels 4wd drive to get through by the way the rears were churning the water up. Truth be known the only thing that got him through was that front weight box keeping the front down

So hows he done that then? I was under the impression that road had been closed by the council a good 6-8 months ago . Hence why all the videos on youtube stopped of the cars and stuff going through it. Which means he's a clown trying it and he's also gone through a road closure so broken the law as well

as long as its a proper model, not one of their very very expensive resin ones ,i could be tempted.

not long home from work, after my 4am start, should have been a lot earlier as all went well i thought, until we discovered that one end of the cable had been crossed by a greenhorn jointer, sadly he got 3 elements crossed ,leaving 20 odd high grade ccts off, queue a lot of panicking jointers and me trying to sort the mess, luckily it was easy to spot as only two joints both with just the 2 cables ,way better to sort than if it was a multi cable joint

interesting, got 3 sat in the boxes in the loft ,could be tempted to part with one some time -
a company came to tuckewells in suffolk several years ago and measured up a 6910 that was traded in part exchange , totally origonal, which must be rare now . only company doing 10 series jd is schuco . uncle has worked for tuckwells for 40 years odd now so i tend to trust him. origonal tractors, where ever they are are dam hard to find now un molested and altered . and thats what was pictured and measured ,1 owner from news sold by them . at the time no brand was mentioned, but who knows, afterall whos done the done 6200 and 6300 loader , and aslo done the 7710/7810 ,half the parts are already ready bar chassis
