  1. CG Models in Rouen, France, has made both the implematic and the selectamatic http://www.cg-models.com/english.html
  2. Fendt (818?) Black Beauty on a 61 plate near Curracloe.
  3. Hahahaha! ;D 8) Whose was this? Absolute legend!
  4. I'd say start with an ERTL DB 990 as the base model for engine/tranny. JD 4020 front axle, CX105 rear wheels. What you going to use for bonnet/cab if not an ERTL 1690?
  5. UH McCormick CX would probably be the closest match for a 1494.
  6. Renault 106-54 and Armor-Salmon beet harvester. JQ 7710 drawing away with two 20ft Dooleys.
  7. That Fliegl might just replace the Dangermouse as my preferred choice of tri-axle for hitching to the T7070.
  8. You could rebadge that one as an 802. The 802 had those wheels. The 602 had 30" wheels. Have a look at the pics of a 602 down the page at this link. http://www.agrifoto.nl/nieuws/log/2033
  9. I'd have gone for the wheels off a Britains NH TN 75. A 602 wouldn't normally have had 34" rims. Cracking model all the same. Would love to see more Leylands. I used to draw silage with a 272 Synchro years ago. Lovely bus.

    Ertl 2011

Way back in the mists of time, we used all be delighted to see a photo from Bill's desk. It was often the highlight of our year. Prototypes with their wheels on backwards, or the colour matching between painted and moulded elements being slightly off, are not major issues - or at least they weren't when we appreciated being given a heads-up on what was coming down the line. I say; Thank you Bill. .... and I look forward to seeing photos of 600/7A series Fords on Bill's desk in the not too distant future. New short bonnet and long bonnet TWs would work for me too!

    Siku 2012

Upgrade the MAN to 6x2 and put a STAS on the back, and I'm a happy camper.
  12. I was in a yard yesterday and there was a John Q 7930 and Sumo cultivator parked up. A Case CVX and Horsch Pronto 4DC arrived in later. This morning I passed a Cat Challenger and Vaderstad drill (6m or 8m?) parked up in front of a Georgian Mansion.

    ROS 2011

Thank you for the reply Kim.
  14. I have two different ERTL TW-15s with that decal. Can't imagine why you'd badge the Britains 7710 as a TW.
  15. What has money got to do with anything? It wasn't built in Basildon. End. Of.

    ROS 2011

If anybody from ROS is reading this, would it be possible to reissue the New Holland TX Combine Harvester to a higher specification? A removable header and a header trailer would really hit the spot.
  17. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( Would've hoped you'd have kept the faith and gone for a TS100 or 7740.
  18. Letting the side down Mr F. We were all relying on you. :'( :'(
  19. Went for a drive to Belfast and back. There is still lots of cereals to be harvested up there in Nordyland. Not crazy about the logic of having tractors driving at 18mph on dual carriageways where everyone else is driving at 70mph. Why not put the tractors on the hard shoulder like we do on the rest of the Island?
  20. TTV wheels are definitely wrong. UH Ford 7810 Wheels would be the whole job. The best 8210s I've seen are made from well chopped Britains TW35s.
  21. Got a very important letter, that needs to be delivered tomorrow, off in the post at 3pm. Realised at 5.15pm that I still had as many postage stamps on my desk as I had this morning. Ooooooerrrrrrr!!!!! \ :'(
  22. Not getting a photo of the T7 demonstrator (with Broughan triple axle grain trailer) I was driving behind for a while today.
  23. The sound of a four cylinder Ford does it for me every time. Puts the hair standing on the back of my neck. The whistle of a New Holland TSA at full song, or the roar of a T7000 under load. And then there is this TM155 :
