Which one would a 1:1 farmer go for? The 515 has a realistic hitch (German style). The 415 has a Siku compatible hitch.

Unless I'm mistaken, that's the one made from brass. If so, MB Trac made it himself.

My first track machine was a Hymac 580 (think it was a C), and the controls were nothing like my second (third, fourth, fifth and sixth) track machines - most of which were Hitachi. The biggest problem I have is that I learned to dig on a Massey 50 and 50B. The boom lift-drop and boom in-out are opposite hands on a Massey than they are on a Hitachi. Just when I get into the zone (go onto auto-pilot) on a track machine I revert to Massey by instinct - which is strange considering I haven't driven a Massey since 1988.
