Simon
So, here she is then.... Steam engine gear box or not she looks a perfect for you Marky. And all this twin beacon 4 work light malarkey, I wouldn't worry about it too much. We only ordered 1 [beacon ] on the 6030 and it's plenty. She's no doubt snuggled up under your duvet with you so you love her anyway, lights or no lights.

Lord Ferguson
Not keen on a hedgecutter Rich... I've discused this one with Gavin... Not good for me I reckon... too slow... not good for the tractor.. and to top it all (no pun intended)... you need some skill to do it :D Just cast your mind back to my ploughing for a few minutes :D Todays update... I've now done 10 hours on the young lady.. and I'm more in love as time rolls on... I've had Dan the rep out today who's given me some advice on settings... I've been using the wrong lift/lower buttons evidently... it's now all set up on the 'mouse' - I'd not quite got the drop settings right.... tooo fast.... and I couldn't work out how to set the 'anti-bounce' link arm setting for roadwork... like everything.... easy when you know how \ I'm taking the Bailey to empty tomorow.. so I'll get plenty of pics

sparrow legs
the loader will probaly be sat in a yard about 5 miles from were i live a local haulage contractor leads from hull docks back to his yard with agco products, he then stores loaders etc and then there dispatched from his yard. there are usually stacks of loaders, when an order comes in the correct loader is picked, brackets to suit are put with it and buckets/forks that were ordered are all packaged together then delivered a member on here used to work for the haulage contractor J A COX (coxinental as put on the trucks) great yard to see, fendts, valtra's, small mf's, balers etc ive escorted a prototype mf combine from there when i was working at the local mf dealers it was the 7200 range before it was launched

Lord Ferguson
My fault Johnny really... I ordered the tractor in late January... and the loader a couple of weeks ago The tractor could have come 'loader equipped' so I've created a lot more work this way As for pics... I'm off out in a few minutes for a trip to pick up some more 'test waste' - watch this space

Lord Ferguson
Best change out of that pin stripe suit then Marky :D I've got a plain dark grey one... do you think that would go better then :D Probably those cack handed MF fitters will scratch all your nice new paint too. I blooming well hope not Mr C... I'll be worried now you know that don;t you :'( :'( have a look at today's new purchase... the story is... I popped into my dealers today on the way past (been doing some more 'test bales' for my website today).. The rep was just leaving in a 6480 demonstrator... I explained I was coming in to order a beacon... and pick up some parts I'd ordered... No problem he said... I've got the beacon and bracket on my desk... have that one he said... Grrrreat I thought... my mate the fitter came out and said he'd fit it for me... Now... sadly... the bracket is not for my tractor... so my second beacon looks like it's been to the pub - shall we say it's got a lean to it \ :D Anyway... new bracket has been ordered... but for now at least I'm fitted with twin working beacons
