  1. I was pondering how I was going to turn the LWB into a series 3 for another build I have planned. Turns out the answer was right infront of me all along, looks great Sean!
  2. At long last my Cuthbertson Land Rover has four tracks. The big question now is do I go Hard Top or Truck Cab?
  3. I also haven't been paying enough attention to recent releases as Marge already do the exact model I had thought Farmmodels would do! 🤦‍♂️ https://brushwoodtoys.co.uk/products/mm2238-marge-models-veenhuis-14000l-slurry-tanker-new-logo
  4. The shear size of the operation is insane isn't it Smithy, the first million pounds worth of Prinoth gear Guy didn't bat an eyelid at!
  5. Going off the comments on the post, the rough shape and Farmmodels.nl's fascination with the brand I'd agree with New Hollander that its a Veenhuis single axle slurry tanker. Given the price I'm guessing it has the full dribble bar and lazy arm setup too!
  6. Standard Bailey TB16 are on the laser as we speak! A beeteaper is on the list but will probably not get tackled until at least next year.
  7. That's the plan haha, just got too see at what point the market is saturated!
  8. Trailers, trailers and more trailers, going to be one very busy summer!
  9. Lovely work so far Ian, looking forward to seeing where you push it too. Some text on the side walls next maybe, but watch out for print resolution, it starts to get too small and you only get parts of each letter printing
  10. Wonderful job all round John, loving the steered axles and propshafts too on the landys!
  11. Been meaning to get one since we had this in the yard at my last work place. Brushwood had them on offer so was rude not too. Intend to build the full outfit when time allows.
  12. Two trailer queens added to the Braemere fleet to use for advertising trailer kits, when I finally get them all drawn up! Both from brushwood, Massey 8s, a few at work around us, very stand out tractor whose looks have grown on me, and the UH Valta, couldn't decide which colour but luckily brushwoods stock levels decided that for me. Great detail on both models but build quality isn't 100%, stiff wheels in the Massey, will loosen the front hub screw's, and the Valtras rear wheels aren't concentric on the axle. I like the little slider tab under the rear links they've introduced for keeping heavier implements up though!
  13. That's proper smart Hugh, proper beasty look for a tractor
  14. I'd argue Britians haven't had the 'buy a cheap toy tractor market' for ten years plus now. If you go to the agricultural shows the only kids buying Britians etc are those with specific interest in a tractor brand, most likely from a farming background. The general parent with a young child that likes tractors because they've seen one on the telly have been buying the £6.99-£9.99 plastic tat Teamster tractor trailer sets that don't really represent any particular brand or scale. Britains may be the first to break but most companies will be announcing the same thing in the coming months.
  15. Yeah I will probably upload the stl's to purchase on Cults but it was the simplicity that Shapeways would handle all the manufacturing side allowing the items to constantly be instock that was appealing. It would however have been £60 of the hardtop cab and wheels before I'd applied any mark up for having actually designed the thing. Hoping to get nearer to the 20 quid mark for everything you'd need.
  16. Last piece of the land rover puzzle sorted for now. Was hoping to farm the printing out via shapeways but the price was extortionate so I've order some resin and will get the printer working overtime on kits.
  17. Loving the lambing scene Jack! I have no ideas for mowers though
  18. While I have the printer up and running I bought a classic range rover shell off cults3D. Had a go at printing it overnight and it's come out quite well, drew up some three spoke rims for it and made a start fabricating a chassis
  19. Had a go at a hard top for the Britain's SWB land rover, getting close to production ready now. Also had a mess about with the LWB
  20. That looks very smart Sean, you'd be hard pressed to identify that it had been 3D printed
  21. Big thanks to Ben @FendtFarmerfor sourcing this, took a couple of months to actually buy it and get it here but pleased to have the Schuco Unimog Gritter in the collection. Still looking for the unweathered version if anyone spots one let me know!
