  1. That looks well Stan, those wheels suit it I just went to order some scaledown rears but the price put me off with postage. But I have got some fronts off an imber 2wd coming
  2. That is a tidy purchase Zac, has it got a Perkins or BMC engine in it? I would like one one day when I've made a bit more space haha
  3. That is a good idea, mabey one out a kit or something, with twin exhausts . Yes I don't think i could destroy a 3c cheers
  4. That is a stunning tractor paul I like the fronts as well, I would like to find some of them for my model probably off a uh ford 5000 or something? I had a drive of one a few weeks ago and after driving a 35 it was like a dream I think I'm converted cheers
  5. My measurements are out haha, I suppose they are just a bit wider. Mabey I would be better ordering some from scaledown. cheers
  6. Haha, I didn't think of that. Yes I would like to put something else in there but the 6cyl Conversions are longer so I'm not sure how I would go about it.
  7. I've been thinking about this for ages, are these too big???? They are 14x30 s off an imber 5640
  8. That's a lovely purchase smithy, I can feel a 6cyl conversion coming haha. No, too good for that, you need the jcb fastrac shoot wagon
  9. Looks exellent James that's a fair few sheep! Good to talk to you at toytrac and see the farm in the flesh
  10. Sorry to hear that Brian hopefully they will find out what's the matter
  11. Looking good Sean , it will be interesting to see the static grass. I have tried it before but only with a cheap puffer bottle and I found it quite hard. I recon the proper one will be a lot better
  12. Prices do seem to have gone wild recently with new and old models, I can remember buying Britains that are now discontinued and they go for £50 or so on eBay now
  13. I should think so, but then I think most things are a bit pricey haha
  14. Looks exellent Martin I use pigments pva and water and then sand it down . Other thing is wood dye for furniture
  15. In some places, that have been worn down, the rust has come up nice and shiny, would be nice to get that finish all over
  16. Unfortunately it's not, been trying to find out what the plate is but we think it's from Cambridge or Suffolk but it's spent most of its life on the island. I'm going to phone the people james suggested and see what the reg was
  17. At least your not digging through chalk with solid flint bits haha yes it's fine structurally apart from a few patches on the fenders. I do like the idea of keeping it as is maybe I will use a clear metal protector. It's a P3 so it might be better to keep it all original as there doesn't seem to be many untouched nowdays
  18. Not too sure really, it's all working so just cosmetic stuff , it would be nice to restore it. It's my first real tractor so it a learning curve, my main objective is to get it on the road and take it to some working days etc...
