  1. Have the use of this small space for displaying a few models, this is the livestock/mixed farm fleet, with contractors Fendt 942 and Joskin tanker visiting. Early days...will set something up with the arable kit too at some stage.
  2. All these posts are fabulous David but I particularly like that pairing, and I'm not a huge JD fan. Liked those though, and I really would love to see a 750 drill in model form.
  3. Well it was nothing spectacular but a New Holland with an accord drill about to start some evening drilling and there was a pivot steer Manitou standing by with the seed bags. Nice to see some field work again.
  4. I think that catalogue has been hastily put together somehow - there is an Imants spading machine due from UH and that isn't in the catalogue either.
  5. This also arrived today, I did have one before but sold it, but nothing else attaches as well to my Joskin Volumetra tanker so got another.
  6. Removed the 924 from the box. One of the front links is quite loose but I'm very pleased with it.
  7. Never seen any 900s except the 2007 type around my way. Have the 926 TMS (02-07 model), I think that is my favourite style of the 900 series.
  8. I did, and sold it without removing it from the box. Stupid thing to do really!
  9. They are the best manufacturer I think. Its the 2nd version - earlier one was a 926.
  10. This one came a couple of days ago. Hopefully another Fendt will appear tomorrow too.
  11. Some good offers there to be had! How does it work then, do you still get the list price, seller pays discounted price and ebay pays the rest?
  12. Good find there mate, must keep an eye out for one. There was one which I nearly bought but looked to be quite rough condition.
  13. I've seen that discussed on Facebook recently, be interested to know what its like compared to the Brian Bell book...I imagine more in depth? I've looked on Ebay for a recent ish copy but they've all been a bit pricey.
  14. I thought I had posted them up here somewhere, but can't find them. I did have 2 DSLR's at the time, but limited lenses and I remember it was a bitter grey day so not ideal for photos. Was glad to catch on film as I'd never seen Maize being combined before, but they definitely weren't 'Power on the Land' contenders!
  15. I've seen maize grown for grain as well, do have some photos somewhere...very poor ones esp compared to David's photos.
  16. That is steep! I wont bother enquiring about the Fendt 415
  17. A like has popped up on this topic...some memories there...its sad to say I have none of those models remaining except the Siku plough!
  18. Is that Model barn? Was tempted to get a Fendt 415 from there.
  19. Its stretching the bounds of credulity somewhat, but it was an excellent price, and to me, looks better with the front linkage than the weight version. I wonder if many other municipal Fendts have found their way onto farms...
  20. Just arrived courtesy of Andy B (many thanks). A bit different from the norm, well impressed with it. I did read that a farm in Yorkshire had a municipal coloured Fendt tool carrier so not totally beyond the bounds of possibility.
  21. I have seen a big Joskin tanker, I think it was 18500 litre one, but i think it was a Quadra. That is one of UH's best models, will you get the Pendislide dribble bar to go with it?
  22. I couldn't find anything on it either Joe, but then that photo reappeared in the magazine. But no maker so maybe speculation?
  23. No Joe, I saw that photo on Toys-Farm/T-Toys last Halloween, but I wasn't sure if it was just a miniaturised/photoshopped image of the real thing. If it is going to appear, I would suppose UH would do it if they've got the licence.
  24. It may be a possibility, but not necessarily UH, this from the new Farm Modeller magazine.
