Was going to put this under General Buy but it IS a horse and Cart although hardly a 1:32 toy.  It is actually brass but the chap I bought it from had painted it to put outside with his garden railway (now dismantled).  Hot water and some fingernail picking is slowly removing the paint.  The wheels which I thought were fixed do actually rotate.

Horse is approx 4 inches long

Anyone know a quick method of removing acrylis paint?

No one came up with any ideas but hot water helped enormously.  Updated pic of gleaming brass horse and cart
