N. van Eekelen Posted February 1, 2015 Share Posted February 1, 2015 Since it's not really a familiair spreader in the UK; I wouldn't keep you behind with my building log, ha ha. The reason for building this spreader isn't really very clear; I just loved the design, and it was quit massive a few years ago; and still; a 21 m3 spreader isn't really small. It's completely build out of scratch; only the axles are from a ROS Joskin; the wheels will be replaced for other ones; but that's something for later on. I guess this is the last update till the paintjob; next week there will be a small break, but I hope to paint it the week after that. In the main time I've finished the mudguards, hydraulic cabinet, the steering-unit and some other details. Only thing that needs to be done is adding the bottom chain, time enough for that. N. van Eekelen Posted March 16, 2015 Author Share Posted March 16, 2015 Took some time when you haven't really got any time.. ; I've managed to spray the spreader in the right colors; the only thing that needs to be done next is detailing the spreader with lights, decals and hydraulic lines. Stickers are made by Henri Walker and man; what do they look good! I really enjoyed this project, so I guess the end isn't in sight yet.. I hope you like it!
