Booked flights, for my self, my manager, and the big boss who I'll be taking over from in may, out to Munich for BAUMA next month, and tickets for Plantworx in Coventry in may, could be a rather expensive 2 months for the company, in search of a few new machines, and possibly some sort of satellite kit for one of the d7's

Today I splept in for work ( only done that 3 times before in my working days) and woke at 6.20am. My body must have told me I needed it after a hectic 3 nights away to Perth and Gretna and Perth ;D  ;D ...anyway out to the car git my laptop and fired it up and emailedmy boss saying I would work from home but would meet him and 4 other folk at the Silver Darling at Aberdeen Harbour for a three course lunch to celebrate my 25 yeatr service award which was actually 28th September 2012. I had the special starter which was scallops and Stornoyway black pudding. Then the special for mains which was Rock Turbet and potatoe puree and veg with home made chips thrown in. This was followed up by three sorbets...orange apple and black grape and a coffee but no tablet....you only get that on an evening. All in all a great lunch and £ 246 on expenses for the 6 of us. It would have been more expensive at night plus there would have been wine and drinks so I saved the company money 8)

So if anyone likes fish this is the place to go when in Aberdeen.....how many places do I book for the Saturday night prior to the 3rd Aberdeen Model Farm & Construction Show

Despite the snow in Aberdeen and the shire today it was nice and sunny when I arrived home this afternoon so after I cleared my drive of a couple of inches of snow I decided to photograph my model purchases from last Saturday, Sunday and Monday following the G&M event at Perth and Kenny & Shirley Beeton's Model Show at Gretna. Having bought a flat pack table from Costco  the other week I decided to make my bolt together outdoor photo booth a flat pack one as well to make it easier to handel. All held together with 2 pump it up clamps like a silicone dispenser. All in all should take up less space and less hassle to set up 8) ...one has to make things in life as easy as possible ;D  ;D

Distributing work cards to post offices and local stores to the south and west of me, having already posted a few to the north. Might post some to my east toward Cirencester and Kemble.

Up at 7am and out the door to meet twenty other people and twenty five or so dogs for a big pack walk in the snow over Salisbury Plain which was excellent. Now trying to sort out o2 and Virgin Media account problems and changes etc. Shortly to go out the door for dinner with the outlaws here: http://www.thewellatbulkington.co.uk/

Devizes is a very pretty town really, as a youngun I only saw the kebab house followed by the pavement oh and the odd floozy (I don't mean they're odd. . .. although . ... ) But as you get older and start to appreciate estate agent windows, coffee shops and farmers markets then Devizes fits well. Oh and it has a Greggs.
