MJB1
not impressed with front linkage on everything , so have decided to remove them from the 2 5455's i have , the loader tractor linkage i felt was not needed anyway. the weight block on the loader tractor comes from an old siku deutz 4.70 & the other from a britains 2680, the wheels on the other 5455 have come from a siku deutz K110 of whick i personally think look just that little bit better comments welcome , good , bad, or indifferent
Gav836
Another very nice job Marcus, The wheels off the Deutz certainly do make the tractor look much better as does the weight block
FB
SWEET!!!!! ;D looks great Marcus, i need to do that with my 5455's i think.I have a PDC/Agrium front weight on one though
Gunn
looks good with the deutz wheels, been meaning to get one with a loader since ages
smallclaas
Looks great Marcus, the larger wheels on the 5455 make it look like a 6490! slightly

allis8550
Nice improvements, I always thought a front linkage looked silly on a loader tractor.

sparrow legs
looking more closely at holderness models 5455 on lpg tyres , i think i've got the same tyres fitted \ no flies on you marcus, thought it wouldnt be long before someone copied the wide wheel mod it makes the tractor look so much better , just a thought wouldnt you have been better putting the wider wheels on the loader tractor as the wider fronts are more suited to loader work \ (guess the secrets out )

Holderness Models
there easy to fit marcus, did you realise the trick to get the backs to turn without hitting the inner wing to be fair the wheels were bought in from a tractor that had row crops fitted, any more we sell we will have to split a deutz for the wheels, no great loss as im not keen on that model, sold the one i had after i saw it out of the box

Powerstarâ„¢
Only just found this Still wading through unreads!! The Deutz wheels suit that Massey far better, makes it look alot beefier! Smart little conversion there on them both Marcus, weights are a nice addition, I have to agree the Siku A frame does ruin the appearence, but that, is spot on! sparrow legs
a round pin ie: an old axle, put it in the center of the wheel rod, hit with a hammer and the retaining ring should come off, same for fronts and backs, maybe worth a how to post as you say
